We wish to spread health and well-being across nation and help build a healthy and happy society which can contribute spiritually for the development of country.
Five awakened professionals Dr. Harsh Sehgal, BAMS MD, Prof. S K Dadar, Dr, Jasmine, Dr. Shishir and Yog Acharya Siva ji have resolved in 2015, to work for wellness and well-being of people who are ambitious but heavily stressed. Stress is a silent killer of ambition and long-term goals. We deploy Yoga & Yoga both to bring wellness & well-being for all participants.
We as a team have devised 5-D Model of Total Fitness (Five Dimensional) with an integrated approach to unite Mind, Body and Soul, rendering happiness as by-product. We have successfully completed the pilot project with almost 600 people including participants from British Council, HDFC, Bajaj Corporation, IDFC, Vodafone, ICICI Bank etc, just to name a few.
