      Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes breath with continuous movements, generating internal heat and detoxifying the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina while calming the mind and enhancing overall well-being. As students learn to connect breath with movement, they often find themselves better equipped to face life’s challenges. Practicing each posture in the correct sequence with personalized attention from the instructor offers a structured learning approach that is both kind and consistent.

      Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga forms the foundation of many Western yoga practices, focusing on controlling the body and breath. A traditional Hatha Yoga class is slow-paced, combining standard body postures (asanas), breathing awareness, pranayama (breath control techniques), meditation, and mantras. These classes often focus solely on physical postures but also incorporate cleansing techniques (kriyas), the use of muscle locks (bandhas), and special gestures (mudras).

      Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga combines healing yoga, gentle yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation. It applies yoga techniques to address specific issues (physical, mental, or spiritual) and provides a gentle yet powerful practice to bring the body into balance. The Therapeutic Yoga course includes Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, and Yogic Anatomy, featuring online resources such as Yoga Nidra sessions, videos on Yoga Therapy, meditations, and healing practices. Classes use various props to deepen the experience of yoga asanas.
