How does diabetes happen?

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the body is unable to use blood sugar (glucose) properly. During this the human pancreas does not produce enough hormone – insulin, or the body cannot use insulin properly.

How does detoxification work?

There are three primary systems in our body that are important for the elimination of waste. They are the circulatory system, the lymphatic system, and the digestive system. The circulatory system is responsible for pumping and filtering blood throughout the body,

And in doing so, it delivers oxygen to the organs and collects waste from the cells. The digestive system and the hepatic portal system are known to process the food we eat, and when they do, they separate the waste from the nutrients that get circulated through the blood and into the liver. Huh, By which the body directly eliminates what it does not need.

The lymphatic system collects intracellular fluids from the body and transports them to the lymph nodes, removing whatever is harmful before the lymphatic fluid returns to the bloodstream. Our bodily systems are certainly strong but to help the body meet the demands, and to help support health in stressful lifestyles, our natural detox system needs a helper. Yoga helps our body in this work.

Yoga for Detox – How does it work?

Most active forms of exercise stimulate all three elimination systems, helping your body to detox and cleanse itself. But yoga methodically focuses on stretching and compressing every part of the body, and is, therefore, more appropriate. It helps in waste removal.

If we do yoga properly, we stretch, push, twist every part of the body, and it deeply eliminates carbon dioxide, lactic acid and lymphatic fluid, where other types of Exercises fail to do it all. Yoga not only helps in physical detoxification, but it is also helpful in mental detoxification.

Adho Mukha Svanasana: In this, your heart is kept higher than your head. When you do this there is a reverse pull of gravity, and it aids in proper circulation of lymph and blood.

Ardha Matsyendrasana: Twists are a wonderful detox agent, and Ardha Matsyendrasana is a perfect twist. It stimulates digestion and helps remove impurities from the body.
