Treatment of bone disorders and nervous diseases through yoga

In the present society, the life of all of us is full of busyness. Generally, we all have become accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle from sitting in a particular fixed posture for long periods of time. Due to these reasons, nowadays most of the people are facing various physical disorders, which include diseases like cervical pain, sciatica, slip disc. Today we will discuss these diseases and find out how yoga can be beneficial in them.

Causes of these diseases and their symptoms and treatment

 Slip disc: A slip disc occurs when the outer ring becomes weak or torn and allows the inner part to slip. This can happen with age. A slipped disc can also be caused by certain physical movements, such as when you twist or twist your body to lift an object, the disc may slip from its place.



Makarasana: This most commonly used asana is extremely effective for the management of slip discs. It also strengthens the leg and hip muscles.

Bhujangasana: This asana strengthens the back muscles especially the lower back and increases the flexibility of the spine and surrounding muscles.

Marjariasana: This asana loosens the spine and makes it flexible. It relieves stiffness in the back muscles.
Cervical Pain: Cervical spondylosis or cervical osteoarthritis is a physical condition that occurs due to the breakdown of bones and cartilage in the neck (cervical vertebra) region. This degeneration of bones and cartilage causes neck pain and interferes with normal day-to-day activities.
